Ty was excellent! Room comfortable and warm. The only thing it needed was a little hotter showers! Everything else was great. Breakfast was about what I expected. Would stay again!
Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms daily. Rooms dont have enough lighting for packing etc at night.

This is my hotel of choice when in the area. It is conveniently located near major highways. Restaurants, eateries and shopping trips are local. Guests are greeted with a beautiful well lit lobby entrance. And, of course, friendly, polite, professional and courteous staff members. The breakfast selection and overnight coffee bar is inviting. Thank you for your warm welcome and friendly departure.
Went on our date night. Hotel lobby was beautiful clean and smelled great! Front desk representatives were very kind courteously helpful and friendly. I gave the room a 3 Star because the bed was uncomfortable. We had a problem with the tv. Called maintenance. We then had a problem with the side lamp. Called maintenance. Service definitely deserved 5 stars. Maintenance can within minutes and was so very nice and helpful. Location was perfect being nestled between 2 places. We went to the steakhouse for dinner and across the way was a bar that we went to for after dinner drinks. Both places were amazing! Definitely a great date night. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious!
Great staff. Lot of issues locating the place and the room wasn't as good as we usually expect. Staff made corrections as soon as they knew about them. Did so with positive attitude. Awesome help!
Tylenna at the front desk was very courteous and professional. Keep you the extraordinary work and strive for excellence. Elizabeth preparation for contiental breakfast was well displayed. It was fresh and she was very helpful with anything needed.
Very clean and for us, convenient for our visit. The included breakfast buffet was better than many (self serve). Very convenient to multiple dining options within walking distance too.
